Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you full authority over your e-mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponders and secure your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
